Originally from a very small and hot city in Columbia, Harrison Ortega started tattooing about 10 years ago, tattooing professionally for the past 7 years.

It all began when he got his first tattoo. “I felt the pain, saw the blood mixing with the ink, and watched the needle pushing it into the skin… In that moment, I thought, wow, I want to learn how to do this.” Since then, Harrison has dedicated himself to learning through experience — completely self-taught.

 

Harrison is passionate about traditional, neo-traditional, and Japanese styles. He also enjoys adapting to other styles like realism. For Harrison, tattooing is a ritual — a moment of deep connection between the artist and the client, where together they create something meaningful and unique.
